Depending on how you use the Site or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, email address, company name, and message content when you enquire or email us.
• Studio account — if you choose to sign in, Firebase Authentication stores an account identifier and the name and email address supplied by Apple or Google. Apple may supply a private relay email address. We do not receive your Apple or Google password. This account is for AE Studio; it does not sign you in to our other apps.
• Usage data — pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP, and referral source, typically via server logs or analytics tools.
• Cookie preferences — whether you accepted or declined optional cookies (stored locally in your browser).

This Site does not operate a public online store. We do not collect payment card or shipping details through the Site itself. If a linked product or a client engagement involves payments or accounts, that is covered under that product's or engagement's terms and privacy notice.

Why we use information

We use collected information to:

• operate, secure, and improve the Site, including your optional studio account;
• respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects or services;
• understand aggregate traffic and improve our content;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage needed for the Site to function (for example remembering your cookie choice and keeping you signed in through Firebase Authentication). Signing out ends your session on this browser; it does not delete your account or creations stored on this device. With your consent, we may use analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can change your choice by clearing site data in your browser.

Sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to enquiries (for example hosting on Google Cloud, Firebase Authentication, analytics, or email delivery). Apple or Google handles sign-in when you choose that provider. Those providers process data under their applicable terms. Our infrastructure and providers may process data in Australia and other countries. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps appropriate to the applicable law.
